Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom seat covers and made-to-order items may take 5-10 business days to manufacture before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (continental US)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available)
  • Free Shipping: Available on select items and promotions

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is available to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@bartact.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
