-Bartact is the first manufacturer to create reversible sublimated face masks, so you can choose which side to wear for the day.    

   All of our face masks are 2 ply and many also have openings for filters.  Our main goal in manufacturing masks at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic was to keep from laying off any of our employees.   We also wanted to help provide affordable PPE to those in need, so although our other items are 100% top of the line, our masks are meant to be used in accordance with the current Emergency Use Authorization (EUS) regulations in effect.  

Unlike many others, you will NOT see price gouging by us.  Our profit margins on our face masks are very slim, but we manage to make sure we don't lose money manufacturing them.

PLEASE READ OUR MASK STORY:

We originally designed our cotton masks in February 2020 prior to the Coronavirus being seen in the U.S. and were one of the first to manufacture cotton masks for use in the pandemic. 

This was an effort to keep our seamstresses employed from the safety of their homes in the event of a quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic similar to what had happened in China.  Low and behold, as we all know, the quarantine ended up happening.  Because we were able to send our employees home with machines, we did not have furloughs or lay-offs.  We even had our shipping manager take the cutting table and stack cutter, heat cutter and packaging equipment to cut elastic and fabric from his garage and deliver it to the different locations for production.

Since we first began, we have had other great partners join our crusade and they too have been able to retain their employees.  As of the beginning of May, we have manufactured millions of face masks right here in the United States, and our group has donated thousands of those to the heroes of this pandemic; doctors, nurses, law enforcement, grocery store workers, delivery drivers, firemen, and bankers, to name a few.

Thanks to all of our partners, we have the capability of manufacturing over 3,000,000 masks per week, and are one of, if not THE largest manufacturer of cut and sewn face masks in the nation.  At the time of writing this, our partners have been responsible for the manufacture of roughly 15 million cut and sewn 2 ply cotton face masks.  We do not make much per mask, and are proudly making less per mask than nearly anyone else, so as not to take advantage of others in this disastrous situation.  

Our partners are able to provide bulk face masks in line with the current Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) standards in quantities from 1,000-12,000,000 pieces.  

Recently, Bartact created the first ever reversible sublimated masks, and they are very popular, especially due to the fact that a single mask can be flipped to the other side if a user wants to show a different design.  We will be adding many new designs that we create ourselves over the next few weeks.

We offer these on multiple platforms and have also made thousands of custom masks for different schools.  Current production capability of the sublimated masks (as of July 2020) is approximately 10,000 daily.  We manufacture both adults and kid's sizes, and turnaround on custom orders is approximately 3 weeks regardless of size.  Minimum sublimated mask custom order is 250 masks.
